Assistant setup
Open an Assistant to use these sections:
- Preview opens the live draft in a full page, the only preview available on a small screen.
- General configures identity, model, answer style, and chat defaults.
- Knowledge manages the Sources this Assistant answers from.
- Flows controls routing, triggers, conditions, and actions.
- Tools & Skills controls runtime tools and reusable instructions.
- Goals manages scheduled answer checks.
- Assistant Help Desks connects available Help Desks.
- Style controls the brand color and launcher position.
- Authentication controls the Visitor sign-in requirement.
- Publish manages the widget snapshot and embed configuration.
Organization operations
Use the main navigation to open Inbox, Improvements, Insights, Library, and Alerts.
Library is the Organization view of Knowledge. It lists every Source and controls which Assistants answer from each one. See Library.
Settings
Use Settings to manage General Organization data, Members, AI Provider connections, API Keys, Usage, and Billing.
The available actions depend on your member Role.
