Welcome to Ciele
Build, test, and publish AI assistants that answer from your own content, route conversations with rules, and escalate to your team when needed.
Ciele is a platform for building AI assistants that live on your website and in your apps. Each assistant answers questions using your own content, follows the rules you define, and hands the conversation to your team when a human is the right next step.
You configure everything from one admin console: what the assistant knows, how it replies, when it escalates, and where it appears. A live preview shows the assistant exactly as your visitors will see it while you make changes.
What you can do with Ciele
- Create one assistant or many, each with its own identity, knowledge, and rules.
- Feed each assistant knowledge from your websites, your files, and curated question and answer pairs.
- Control conversations with Flows, an ordered set of rules that decides how the assistant responds to each message.
- Escalate to your team through Help Desks, with channels such as email, phone, live chat, and support tickets.
- Publish the assistant to your website with a small snippet, then review every conversation, track answer quality, and read analytics.
Who this documentation is for
This documentation serves two audiences at once. If you are evaluating Ciele, the early sections explain what the platform does and how the pieces fit together. If you are already a customer, every section also shows you how to use the feature inside the app, step by step.
