Ground answers in structured Records and remember signed-in Visitors across Conversations.
Ciele can combine Organization Records with durable facts about signed-in Visitors. These features use verified identity and remain under Organization control.
The Publication controls which Entity tools exist. Record values remain live, so a later CSV import can change answers without another Publication.
A user-scoped Entity needs a verified identity claim. The server adds that filter after it validates the tool input, so a model can neither remove it nor name another Visitor.
Long-term memory is a separate feature with its own lifecycle. It does not depend on Entities. See Long-term memory.

Two kinds of memory
Session memory belongs to one Conversation. It does not follow a Visitor into a new Conversation.
Long-term memory belongs to a verified SSO subject within one Organization. It can support later Conversations when the Organization enables it.
Signed-in Visitors only
Anonymous Visitors never receive user-scoped Entity tools. They also never produce or recall long-term memories.
