Alerts
Review detected failures that require administrator action.
Alerts records current and resolved operational problems. A badge can show the number of active Alerts.
Alert views
- Needs attention shows active Alerts.
- Resolved shows cleared Alerts.
- All shows both states.
Each Alert contains its type, title, detail, detection time, and current status.
Goal expectation failures create Alerts. Other monitored operations can also create an Alert when their current implementation reports a failure.
An Alert of the Knowledge type reports a configuration problem, not a failure. Ciele creates one when you delete a Knowledge Collection that an AI Teammate still searches. The Alert names the Teammates that point at the deleted collection. It clears when the last of them removes the collection from its knowledge.
Resolve an Alert
- Open the Alert.
- Read its recorded cause and affected item.
- Correct the Goal, connection, Source, or other configuration.
- Repeat the affected operation.
- Confirm that the problem no longer occurs.
- Mark the Alert as resolved when required.
Do not resolve an Alert only to remove its badge. Confirm the affected operation first.
