Notifications

A Notification is the only response action for a proactive Flow. It does not call an AI model.

Select a proactive trigger

Use one of these triggers:

• On page load
• Time on page
• Chat opens

Configure the Notification

1. Create or open a Flow.
2. Select a proactive trigger.
3. Enter the Notification title.
4. Enter the Notification content.
5. Select the delivery rule.
6. Choose whether users can reply.
7. Add buttons when required.
8. Save and test the Flow in Preview.

Ciele emits the configured content verbatim. The title can contain 100 characters. The content can contain 5,000 characters.

Delivery behavior

The server checks the trigger and delivery state again before it writes a message. Replayed client events do not bypass this check.

Preview ignores the delivery rule. This behavior lets an administrator test the Notification more than one time.

The latest Notification reply setting controls the composer. A later reply-enabled response can open the composer again.

Analytics

A Notification is not an AI answer. Notification-only sessions do not increase answer volume or AI Resolution Rate.

The Notifications Sent metric records delivered Notifications. The Inbox marks a session as Notification only until a Visitor replies.
