Usage and limits
Review recent AI, embedding, and scraping use against current limits.
Open Settings > Usage. The page reads the latest 30 days of available usage data.
Usage meters
Ciele measures these resource groups separately:
- AI model use
- embedding use
- scraping use
The page identifies whether Ciele platform funding or Organization credentials funded the operation.
Credits represent estimated cost in cents. They are not a count of Assistant answers.
Limits
The page compares current use with available plan limits. It can also show the Organization daily budget.
Daily rows use Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Use this boundary when you compare Ciele data with a provider invoice.
Where the credits went
The page lists the spenders that used the window's credits: Assistants, Teammates, Members, API keys and Routines.
Each card totals one kind of spender. A Teammate answer names the Teammate and also the colleague who asked. The same credit is thus on two cards. Do not add the cards together.
Top-up credits
A plan allowance resets with its window. Top-up credits are a pool that your Organization keeps until it spends them.
Ciele draws on the pool only after a window's allowance is fully used. Answering then continues instead of pausing. When the pool is also empty, the usual limit message applies again.
Buy a pack in Settings > Billing. A pack always costs more for each credit than your plan. If you buy a pack each month, an upgrade is less expensive.
Other work
Some work costs no credits: an outbound API request from a Flow, an email, an inbound flow run, a webhook callback.
The page counts these operations. It does not price them. The count shows you that a Flow makes many outbound calls, which no other page shows.
Each row also gives the outcome. Refused by Ciele means our own policy stopped the call. Failed means the other system or the network did.
Investigate unexpected use
- Select the affected meter.
- Identify the UTC day and funding source.
- Review Assistant activity for the same period.
- Check the selected provider connection.
- Adjust the Organization budget when authorized.
