The widget should feel like part of your site. Ciele lets you set the assistant's brand color and where the launch button sits, so it fits your pages naturally.
Brand color and position
From the assistant's settings you can set the brand color used by the widget and choose where the launch button appears on the page, such as toward a corner with comfortable spacing. Adjust these and watch the live preview update immediately.
What visitors see
- A launch button that opens the chat window.
- A chat window with the assistant's nickname in the header, the welcome message, any starter buttons, and the conversation itself.
Practical advice
- Pick a brand color with enough contrast so text and buttons stay readable.
- Place the launch button where it will not cover important page controls.
- Always confirm the result in the live preview before you publish, and check it on a smaller screen size as well.

A dedicated Style section covers finer control over the widget's look. The brand color and position available in the assistant's settings are enough for most sites and are the fastest way to match your brand.
