# Operating your assistants (/operations)



Publishing an assistant is the start, not the finish. Ciele gives you a small set
of tools to run assistants well over time: to see what visitors ask, to fix weak
answers, to measure impact, and to catch operational problems early.

## A healthy routine [#a-healthy-routine]

A simple weekly rhythm keeps assistants sharp:

1. Skim the [Inbox](/operations/inbox) for questions the assistant handled
   poorly or could not answer.
2. Work through the [Improvements](/operations/improvements) board, updating
   knowledge and flows as you go.
3. Check [Insights](/operations/insights) to see whether resolution rate and
   ratings are trending the right way.
4. Clear any [Alerts](/operations/alerts) so integrations keep working.
